Established by Kozuva Group of Companies, which has been conducting commercial activities in various sectors since 1955, KZV Airports was founded to operate in the aviation sector. In 2012, KZV Airports took over the management of Mogadishu Aden Abdulle International Airport located in Somalia.
Since November 2020, aiming to contribute significantly to Turkey's global leadership in civil aviation and the economic development of the region, KZV Airports has undertaken the Çukurova International Airport project through the "Build-Operate-Transfer" model. Çukurova International Airport, which will serve as the gateway to the world for the Çukurova region, is scheduled to be operational in the first half of 2024.
