Çukurova International Airport, which will serve as the gateway to the world for the Çukurova region, is constructed on a total area of 8 million square meters in the Tarsus district of Mersin, with 110,000 square meters dedicated to the terminal building.
This airport, located in a central position for international transportation and trade in the region, has been designed to meet international standards, contributing significantly to Turkey's leadership in civil aviation and the economic development of the region.
When the airport reaches a capacity of 9 million passengers, the realization of third-stage investments is targeted. This will provide comfortable travel opportunities with life and environmental arrangements, including dining facilities on the arrival and departure floors. Additionally, Çukurova International Airport, which features a wide range of duty-free shops, including international chain brands, will offer shopping opportunities for passengers.
